Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete coordination of export and import shipments.
• Handle all aspects of freight forwarding operations and team coordination.
• Ensure proper customs clearance for shipments.
• Assist clients by providing accurate guidance for shipment planning.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Customs Clearance: Comprehensive knowledge of customs clearance processes.
• Freight Forwarding: Hands-on experience handling airfreight, ocean freight, and customs clearance.
• Client Handling: Capability to fulfill customer requirements and provide shipment planning guidance.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong relationships with customs authorities, airlines, and shipping lines.
• Team Management: Experience in team building, handling critical situations, and project planning.
• Reporting: Ability to write reports and deliver presentations effectively.
• Soft Skills: Negotiation, presentation, and other interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation with proficiency in English and local languages.
• Preferred: G Card or F Card holders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
• Candidates with experience in reputed organizations will be given preference.
