We're looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to assist with various simple yet time-sensitive tasks. The work isn’t heavy, but turnaround time is critical.

Responsibilities

• Send messages on WhatsApp groups for updates and log responses in Google Sheets.
• Extract information from LinkedIn profiles and organize it in spreadsheets.
• Send messages or emails on behalf of the employer using preset templates.
• Extract phone numbers from resumes and convert them into Android contact files.
• Schedule and set up video/phone call appointments.
• Clean up and organize data on Google Sheets/Excel.
• Perform other small administrative or data-entry tasks as needed.
