Posting Overview:

As a Presentation Specialist within the Global Corporate Finance Office (GCFO), you will be responsible for visualizing, creating, and formatting various documents including pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and more—adhering to JP Morgan’s design and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents per client specifications.

• Transform PowerPoint briefs into impactful presentations.

• Ensure brand compliance, visual quality, and client satisfaction.

• Use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

• Utilize AI tools for design efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams to understand deal processes and client requirements.

• Follow standard job tracking using GCFO’s Workflow Exchange (WX) tool.

• Take initiative in performance improvement and service innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Diploma in Graphic Design.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in presentations, graphic design, infographics, or motion graphics.

• Proficiency in:

  • MS Office Suite

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • AI tools (image generation, prompting, etc.)

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of visual storytelling and infographic design.

• Strong layout, presentation, and proofreading skills.

• Adaptability, multitasking, and a positive, professional attitude.

• Open to flexible scheduling including day, night, and weekend shifts.
