What You’ll Be Doing

???? Using AI to analyze student reading and writing patterns, transforming insights into innovative learning strategies.

???? Designing dynamic learning pathways that evolve in real-time, guiding students from phonics to advanced literary criticism.
???? Developing measurable improvements in English learning outcomes, accelerating skill mastery in reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculums with proven learning impact.
✔ Basic coding skills in any programming language.
✔ Experience with AI systems in content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
✔ Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for improving student outcomes.
✔ Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining ELA concepts to diverse audiences.
