Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer at Credvest, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print media. You will bring ideas to life by developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, real estate listings, social media, website graphics, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, proven experience in creating engaging and high-quality designs, and the ability to think innovatively in the competitive real estate space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and create high-quality, visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website graphics, banners, email templates, and more.
• Brand Development: Maintain and strengthen the brand identity through consistent, on-brand design across all visual touchpoints. Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the brand’s vision.
• Real Estate Visuals: Design marketing materials and digital assets that showcase properties in a visually engaging way, including property brochures, virtual tours, listings, and ads, ensuring that all visuals highlight key property features and attract potential buyers.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative assets for online and offline campaigns, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional collateral that align with marketing strategies and goals.
• Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Bring innovative, fresh, and unique design ideas to the table, setting us apart in a competitive real estate market. Continuously explore new design trends, technologies, and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and web developers to ensure designs align with marketing messages, user experience, and overall business objectives.
• Design for Digital & Print: Create designs optimized for both digital platforms (websites, social media, emails, etc.) and print materials, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels.
• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from the team and stakeholders, making revisions and adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery within deadlines.
