✔ Negotiation: Secure the best deals from airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
✔ Booking & Reservations: Manage confirmations, cancellations, and changes by coordinating with suppliers.
✔ Travel Advice: Provide clients with essential information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and health & safety guidelines.
✔ Sales & Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
✔ Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
