???? Job Description:

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be part of a remote team that provides outstanding service to corporate business clients. You will be responsible for advising, arranging, and booking travel for corporate customers, ensuring they receive excellent service in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups), including air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.

• Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus (training provided for some systems).

• Handle special customer requests using positive telephone service techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to mentor, coach, and provide feedback for service improvements.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US and Asia bookings.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Travel bookings.

• GDS Expertise:

  • Native expertise in Galileo and Sabre GDS.

• Additional Skills:

  • Professional communication (written and verbal).

  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.

  • Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Chat-hub systems.

• Background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

Work Hours:

• This is a 24/7 operation, so candidates must be flexible, especially for night shifts and afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends.
