About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant based in India to help expand our presence in the US and European markets. You will be part of our growing Mid-Market team, engaging with small to mid-sized property managers, guiding them from initial discovery through onboarding and early adoption of PriceLabs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers during onboarding.

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations that are detailed, compelling, and value-driven.

• Help prospects set up and optimize their PriceLabs accounts based on their revenue strategies.

• Clearly articulate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients.

• Meet and exceed defined sales and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to maintain accurate CRM records.

• Ensure smooth handovers of accounts that grow beyond mid-sized to dedicated account managers.

About You

• 2-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Account Executive, Customer Success, or Sales—preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Comfortable conducting product walk-throughs over video calls and demonstrating clear ROI to prospects.

• Willing and able to work US EST hours.

• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized with solid time-management abilities.

• Experience in the short-term rental industry and with US/European clients is a plus.
