Telecaller Lead Generation (Part-time, Work from Home)

Job Type: Part-time
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Pay: ₹5,000 - ₹6,000 per month

Expected Hours: 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Data Collection: Research and collect potential client data from online sources (Google, directories, social media, etc.).

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads, introduce our products/services, and explain offerings clearly and convincingly.

• Follow-ups & Call Log: Follow up with interested clients and maintain a proper call log.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Achieve daily/weekly lead generation or conversion targets.

• CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM or spreadsheets with lead details.

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the internal sales/marketing team as needed.

Requirements

• Equipment: Must have a laptop or desktop PC with a stable internet connection.

• Research Skills: Proficient in using the internet for research and data collection.

• Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Self-motivated: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus.
