Role Overview

As an Investment Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to identify and reach out to potential investors interested in Australian real estate. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investors, and real estate agencies, while also educating them on the various investment opportunities in the Australian property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential investors for Australian real estate.

• Build and maintain a strong network of HNWIs, investors, and real estate agencies.

• Collaborate with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and reputed architects to discuss investment opportunities and gain referrals.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for investment in Australian properties.

• Organize and attend networking events, property expos, and investor meetings.

• Educate prospective clients on Australian real estate laws, financial benefits, and investment opportunities.

• Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract Indian investors.

• Stay updated with Australian property laws, tax benefits, and investment policies.

• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development.

  • Minimum 4 years of total work experience.

• Language: Proficiency in English (Required)
