???? Pay: ₹22,000 - ₹62,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in planning and booking their travel based on their needs.

• Handle ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

• Customize travel plans and negotiate with customers.

• Ensure a smooth booking experience by resolving any issues that arise.

• Convert inbound calls into successful sales.

• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.

• Coordinate with airlines for flight-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (Inbound Sales - Voice Process).

• Skills:

  • Good knowledge of city codes, airports, and international travel.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to meet sales targets.

  • Comfortable handling calls efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.

• Experience with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan) is a must.
